Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and packed securely in the original packaging with all brand tags attached.
Pickup and Transit
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide you with a return acknowledgment receipt.
Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team verifies the product quality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchanged size will be dispatched.
